Change & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods.

 

To qualify for return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

You can do so via crystalcvnc@hotmail.com to contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Do not accept items sent back to us without prior request. 

 

Damage and Problems

Please check your order upon receipt, if the goods are defective, damaged or received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the problem and deal with this problem.

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable goods

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as custom goods (such as special orders or personalized goods). If you have any questions or concerns about a particular product, please contact us. 

 

Order Cancellations & EU Withdrawal Rights

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at crystalcvnc@hotmail.com.

Orders that have not yet entered production or shipment may be eligible for cancellation.

For customers located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us and provide:

* Your order number
* Your full name
* The email address used for the order
* The product(s) you wish to cancel or withdraw from

Please note that certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Custom tuning
* Custom frequency (such as 432Hz or 440Hz)
* Custom colors
* Custom sizes
* Custom notes
* Personalized or made-to-order crystal singing bowls

Once production of a custom order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or withdrawn.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, please contact us regarding return eligibility after delivery.
