Change & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods.
To qualify for return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You can do so via crystalcvnc@hotmail.com to contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Do not accept items sent back to us without prior request.
Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt, if the goods are defective, damaged or received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the problem and deal with this problem.
Exceptions/Non-returnable goods
