Foundational Crown Chakra Visualization
Imagine that you are directing a beam of white light from your body upward toward your heart. Start at the base of the spine and work your way up through the chakras. Allow the energy to move upward more fluidly with each rotation of the singing bowl, maintaining a steady, calm rhythm.
Imagine that light solidifying into a beautiful bright white or golden ball of energy hovering above your top chakra. With each breath, feel this ball become larger and brighter.
As you focus on the light and sound, tune into a feeling of unconditional love and trust in universal wisdom as the light pervades your whole body. Sound is a medium for channeling energy, so the longer you continue playing the crystal singing bowl, the deeper and more easily your mind can stay in this meditation, and the more you will be able to feel the energy of love and connection flowing back to you, as you send it out with each rotation around the bowl. Stay in this meditation for at least 5 minutes until you can really feel the energy of love and a connection washing over your entire body and emanating from your B singing bowl.
Silent Meditation
Take a moment to focus your attention on your crown. Crowns help us feel connected to our higher selves and all living things, so be aware of any feelings that may be around your crown. Don't judge your feelings or try to feel anything, just observe what you already have at this moment.
As you inhale and slowly support the crystal singing bowl, visualize a loving energy radiating from the mantle that is connected to your higher self (your inner child, guardian angel, or whatever higher guidance resonates with you). (You can visualize this as white or golden light.) If you find yourself wavering during meditation, this energy can give you strength.
On each exhale, let your mind focus on the sound of the bowl. Simply observe the passing thoughts and let them pass. You don't need to change anything, just accept what is. If strong emotions rise, or you find yourself worrying about the past or the future, bring yourself back to the sound of the singing bowl.
Continue for at least 5 minutes. The longer the time, the more effective the meditation will be.
Loving-Kindness Meditation
Focus your awareness on the center of your head and visualize a beautiful white or gold energy that represents unconditional love and connection to your higher self.
As you raise your singing bowl, inhale and think of someone close to you who loves you deeply. Visualize that person standing in front of you, offering you love, kindness, and the blessing of happiness and joy.
Enjoy this exchange of energy until you feel the power of love.
